Important Notice

The Employee warrants that this timesheet represents and accurate record of the time spent working for the Customer during the week detailed and further warrants that the work carried out within the terms of the contract agreed between the Customer and Strata21.

Important Note: This timesheet is your only method of claiming your fees/wages from Strata21. Failure to submit a timesheet by noon every Monday will result in us not being able to verify your hours with our Customer/s and leave you either incorrectly paid or even worse not paid at all. Strata21 cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions as a result of your failure to submit this sheet.
